For the past eight years, Ms. Johnson served as the Director of Human Resources for Keller ISD, where she developed and maintained employee support initiatives and oversaw the identification, tracking and mitigation of workers’ compensation related risk and costs.

While in Keller ISD, Ms. Johnson supported the Keller Working on Wellness program, which focused on wellness initiatives, including the annual Casey Kid’s Fun Run and Health Expo. In addition, Ms. Johnson also designed and implemented a communication plan to help familiarize employees with benefits available through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
