Resources for Parents
In our pursuit of providing an exemplary education for the students of Denton ISD, we must depend on our dedicated parents, families and guardians to help our students be successful.
We encourage you to be involved in your child’s education and communicate with his or her teachers either through the school, by telephone or e-mail. You can also stay updated with district, campus and classroom information through our E-Alert system, while our Home Access Center (HAC) program allows you to check grades and attendance throughout the year.
If you’re interested in volunteering, the district has an exceptional volunteer program. The direct assistance to children and teachers through volunteers has been a hallmark of the Denton schools. If you’re interested in volunteering or need more parental assistance, please call 940-369-0006.
Together, the staff and parents can work together so every student can be successful.
