Braswell High Assistant Principal Receives TMEA Distinguished Administrator Award
Braswell High School assistant principal Andrew Willis was honored on May 6 with the Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) Distinguished Administrator Award.
Each year, TMEA recognizes school administrators from across the state who have been instrumental in preserving high-quality music education programs on their campuses and in their district. Through this recognition program, TMEA has taken the opportunity at the state level to thank these individuals for their dedication and support.
Braswell High’s music program has excelled over the past year. Braswell’s Wind Symphony performed at the 77th Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic in Chicago, and the Braswell marching band was named Grand Champion of the Bands of America West Texas Regional.
