The Technology Services department comprises A/V Solutions, Assets, Campus Support, Service Desk, Operations, and Project Logistics. These teams function together to support all technology equipment for staff and students. This process starts from the beginning of the quoting process to receiving, asset tagging, delivering, installing, and maintaining all Denton ISD technology equipment.
MISSION STATEMENT
The DISD Technology Services Department will provide superior customer service and product support to facilitate the District’s mission of empowering lifelong learners.

The Denton ISD Service Desk provides phone and remote support for the District's staff, students, and parents through:

The Service Desk is responsible for managing the District's HEAT ticketing system, user account provisioning, and all networked printers. Denton ISD employees can submit a Technology HEAT ticket below.
