Middle School Jump Start
The Jump Start program is designed to prepare students for success in the coming school year by “frontloading” new learning. The program provides students with additional time for intensive and explicit instruction, and it combats summer slide which could otherwise create significant setbacks for students. In many situations, students are able to learn with teachers at the next grade level and grow a sense of leadership and agency that will positively impact them in the coming year.
