Prop A Ballot Language

  • The language included on the ballot is very specifically mandated by statute to be presented in this exact manner on the ballot. The "additional $28,830,352" which is detailed on the ballot references the estimated increase in total Maintenance and Operations (M&O) revenue from the 2024-25 fiscal year as compared to the 2025-26 fiscal year. This total amount is inclusive of the additional estimated revenue of $26,914,422 which would be generated from the 5 enrichment pennies if Prop A passes.
