• Please complete the Furniture Request Form and submit to Dianna Casper-Purchasing. Once the form has been approved and stock availability is determined, delivery to campus will be scheduled. If you have any questions, please contact Perfecto Ochoa-Warehouse Supervisor.

    lateral file cabinets, office desks, office chairs, office tables, conf. tables/chairs, guest chairs, guest tables, bookcases, shelving, etc. are not stock items. To check availability of these items in surplus, contact the Warehouse.
