• The following are "Quick Tips" on how to request Warehouse assistance:

     

    HEAT TICKET REQUIRED

    • assistance for Relocation of Staff (please refer to Relocation of Staff procedures for detailed information prior to the submission of a HEAT TICKET)
    • arrangement for pick ups and deliveries from one location to another, equipment transfers, furniture relocation, etc.

    If unsure whether a HEAT ticket is required, please call or email Gina Burgess-Warehouse Supervisor. 

     

    SURPLUS REMOVAL-NO HEAT TICKET REQUIRED

    • Fixed Asset Add/Delete Form must be completed, scanned & emailed to Gina Burgess-Warehouse, original submitted to Jake Bishop-Central Services

    FURNITURE REQUEST (Warehouse Stock)

    • Submit an approved Furniture Request Form to Purchasing
