Back-to-School Fair Information

    Denton ISD Back-to-School Fair is a coalition of churches, schools, social services and civic agencies collaborating with the “for-profit community” to give those in need an opportunity to start the school year off right!

    As a “one-stop” destination, the fair will help prepare economically disadvantaged children to go back to school through services provided by community agencies that specialize in helping children. Denton ISD will host two Back-to-School Fairs on the following dates:

          • Saturday, July 22 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Braswell High || Parking Map || Traffic Flow Map
          • Saturday, July 29 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Denton High || Parking Map || Traffic Flow Map

    This is a family-friendly event providing an opportunity to increase awareness and availability of education, health and social services for parents and children through interactive, informative activities, displays and entertainment. Our focus is to help students in the Denton ISD Community with many of their school-related needs, including distributing free backpacks & school supplies to approximately 5,000 children.

  • Please ensure you complete and bring the following to help with the flow of traffic at any of the Denton ISD Back-to-School Fairs:

    Complete the following (use the Registration button above):

    • Register for the Back-to-School Fair  
    • Register for Immunization 

    Bring the following:

    • Shot Records
    • Government Issued IDs
    • Student Denton ISD ID or Number
    • Insurance Cards

Backpack Goal

  • Help us reach our goal of getting 5,000 backpacks for our students in Denton ISD. It is our goal to be able to give a backpack to every student that comes to our back to school fairs. For more information on how to donate please contact the community engagement team at:
