2025 Commencement Information

  • The University of North Texas Coliseum, located at 601 North Texas Blvd. in Denton will serve as the host venue for Denton ISD’s 2025 commencement ceremonies, with the exception of Fred Moore High School, which will be hosted at the Ryan High School Fine Arts Center, located at 5101 E. McKinney St. in Denton. All ceremonies will be live-streamed, and their corresponding links will be made available on this page the week of commencement. Graduating students and their families will receive additional logistical information about the ceremony, such as arrival times and parking, through school communication in the coming weeks. Additionally, a digital version of each commencement program will be available on the website and at each ceremony.

    • Fred Moore High School: Wednesday, May 21, 2025, 7 p.m. @ Ryan High Fine Arts Center
    • Ryan High School: Thursday, May 22, 2025, 3 p.m. @ UNT Coliseum
    • Guyer High School: Thursday, May 22, 2025, 7 p.m. @ UNT Coliseum
    • LaGrone Academy: Friday, May 23, 2025, 11 a.m. @ UNT Coliseum
    • Braswell High School: Friday, May 23, 2025, 3 p.m. @ UNT Coliseum
    • Denton High School: Friday, May 23, 2025, 7 p.m. @ UNT Coliseum
