Help With Student Passwords

If your child no longer remembers their password, or is a new student that has yet to recieve their password, please follow the appropriate steps below.

PreK-2nd Graders
First, contact your child's teacher for information about their password. If your child's teacher is unable to provide you with your child's password, please fill out the form below and you will be contacted as soon as your child's password is reset.

3rd-12th Graders
Before filling out the form below, please navigate to sso.dentonisd.org and click the Forgot Password link. If your child set up security questions in the past, you will be able to reset their password yourself. If that option is not available, please fill out the form below.

Support via the Password Reset Form is provided in the order requests are received. During times of high request volume, there may be a delay in being contacted about a new password for your child. Parents must request password resets on behalf of their children. Please note that passwords are reset manually and will not automatically be reset upon submission of this form.
