Denton ISD Counseling and Social Work

  • Social and Emotional Support

For District information and resources on Covid-19 go to the Denton ISD Together Webpage.

The Denton ISD Counseling and Social Work Department is committed to supporting and investing in the social and emotional well-being of our students, staff, and community.  We will continue to promote the academic, social, and emotional development of the students and assist Parents/guardians as we all navigate this diffficult time.

On this site, you will find helpful videos, tips, links, and guidance/SEL activities developed by the Denton ISD counselors.  Through this virtual platform, we will continue to connect with and invest in the whole-child.  Should you need assistance for your child, please reach out to your child's school counselor via e-mail.  If mental health concerns are in need of urgent attention, please dial 911.

We are staying connected and we are here to help.
