How can I find my elementary home campus?

    Which campuses offer PreK?

Click HERE to access our campus list.

If your elementary home campus does not offer PreK, you will need to register at Ann Windle School for Young Children or Gonzalez School for Young Children.

How do I register my child for state-funded PreK?

    Step 1

Complete the Power School online registration for 2020-2021

    Step 2

When you receive the secured link, upload the following documents:

    • Parent/Guardian ID
    • Child's birth certificate
    • Child's immunization record
    • Proof of Residency (Denton ISD policy is a current utility bill/lease agreement within the last 30 days in the parent/guardian's name)
    • Proof of Qualification - What does this look like?

Parents who anticipate that their child may qualify due to limited English will need to schedule language testing.  Parents may want to upload documentation that helps their child qualify through other means (such as income) in case their child does not qualify by language due to language test scores.

    Please note the following:

    • Every effort will be made to place your child at their home campus.  However, your child may be assigned a different campus based on program and/or space availability.
    • Campus/classroom locations are subject to change due to space availability.
    • Registering online through Power School does not guarantee your child a spot in our program.  All families must finalize enrollment by uploading their qualifying documents.
